Personal Best is pleased to announce exciting programs for the winter. See below for description of Mental Training for Peak Performance classes in open to all in Winchester, Marblehead, and Wayland and a Mental Toughness class for Softball Players & Parents at Batter Up in Methuen.
Personal Best will also be presenting, in January, at the Baseball Bash Coaches Clinic in Richmond, Virginia and at Dave Gallagher Baseball in Hamilton, New Jersey.
Instructors Pete Moscariello and Scott Farris have been recognized nationally as top mental toughness / peak performance trainers and have conducted over 100 successful workshops for college and high school athletic teams, parents, drama clubs, school faculties, administrators, and students of all ages. This course is designed to benefit adults-parents-students-athletes-performers: anyone who desires to increase her/his chance for success in school, performance, work, athletics, or home life.
Research shows that successful and fulfilled people in any walk of life all have one thing in common – deliberate and practiced mental toughness. Thus, the instructors will provide the same mental toughness techniques that US Olympians, top college and professional athletes, elite performers in music and the arts, and prominent businessmen/women use to maintain peak performance.
Participants are guaranteed to enjoy the upbeat atmosphere and positive energy created by the instructors. Each course member will be an active participant in the sessions, as instructors will use live demonstration and videotape to enhance learning. The goal of the course is to have participants learn positive and healthy life skills that they can immediately apply to any area of their lives.
